Transport (MTR) was established in 1965 and recognized
as the largest integrated transportation and logistics
services provider in the Middle East operating
with highly-skilled and professional staff, modern
fleet, well-organized work system, well-equipped
terminal facilities and the most modern fleet
maintenance service workshops.
During
the last 42 years, MTR has gained extraordinary
market reputation catering to the needs of hundreds
of satisfied customers. MTR was one of the first
companies that were utilized by Saudi Aramco
in the successful haulage of pipes and cargo
in the 60’s and 70’s and was a major
contributor to the development of many early
Saudi Aramco production facilities throughout
the Kingdom.
We
are one of the first transport companies used
by SABIC to work for their earlier transportation
projects. We have more than 25 years of experience
in handling import and export shipments of SABIC
and their affiliates.
During
its long history, MTR had transported over 40
Million freight tons of different types of cargo
from the ports of Dammam, Jubail, Ras Tanura,
Juaymah, Quraiya, Ras Al-Mishab, Jeddah, Yanbu
as well as from Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai and Oman
to different destinations within the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia and adjacent countries. MTR
has extensive experience in project cargo handling,
efficiently provided clearing and forwarding
services to huge number of projects in the Kingdom.
